Great desserts and coffee. Disappointed that they no longer offer lunch. So come here for the desserts and coffee and you will not be disappointed. The staff were very friendly and helped us navigate through all the dessert selections.

We ordered a cannoli cake and a strawberry shortcake for a birthday and were very impressed with both! The staff was helpful and friendly, it was easy to place an order and pick up, and both cakes were huge hits and beautifully decorated.

I went back because I was in the area. Still not impressed with the cannoli. I contest that Wegmans makes better cannolis than Biscotti, for the simple fact they use real ricotta. I'm not sure what biscotti uses, but the cream resembles milk and vanilla. That said, I enjoyed the rainbow cookies. They had a bunch of cakes that looked great too. Most importantly, the cappuccino I had was solid.

A nice Italian bakery on the north side. I probably cannot appreciate the full extent of this bakery due to my lack of Italian heritage and food allergies. However, I wandered in here today seeking a halfmoon cookie. I also decided to try a Bailey's brownie. They offer lunch and gelato in addition to their pastries/cakes fyi. There's some seating to enjoy your goods and it's quite spacious inside. The halfmoon cookie was great. Cakey yet moist with perfect frosting consistency. The brownie was also delicious. So moist and rich. It will take me 4 days to finish... I could only handle a quarter at a time!

I love this bakery. I've gotten cakes here for multiple parties. Their cakes are freshly made and are delicious. I love coming here for pastries and for other treats. I would recommend coming here if you're looking for a great cake for any event. I can't wait to order another cake from here.

Staying in Syracuse for a concert at The Dome over the weekend, I was told to stop by Biscotti's if I was craving a sweet pastry. Needless to say, this was a solid recommendation! A family member and I walked in around 11:30am on a Sunday. There were a few people ordering pastries and a few more sitting at one of their booths enjoying lunch. There were a few cases full of pastries, cookies, cheesecakes, and a separate cooler full of gelato. To be honest, the vastness and variety of treats was overwhelming and we wished they had labels identifying each of the pastries, cookies, etc. They also did not have the prices for the pastries, cookies, cheesecakes, gelato, etc., listed, which was odd. It did take a moment for the staff behind the counter to help us and we felt bad asking so many questions but they did a nice job answering our questions. It seems that they charge by the pound, so we ordered a few pastries and a slice of cheesecake and it came to under $20, so not too bad. For my treats, I went with a sfogliatelle, aka a Lobster Tail, a pasticciotto stuffed with vanilla custard, and a slice of chocolate cannoli cheesecake. Everything was delicious but I think the biggest surprise was the pasticciotto stuffed with vanilla custard! This pastry was jampacked with vanilla custard, just like how the sfogliatelle was stuffed with mascarpone. Everything I had was excellent and worth the price. I am so glad we stopped out to Biscotti's to satisfy my sweet tooth! The food was delicious but I think the customer experience could be better by labeling the pastries, cookies, cheesecakes, etc., and the staff could be a little more attentive. I would not hesitate coming back though and grabbing another treat if/when I pass through Syracuse.

Carrot cake - 5/5 Really delicious! The texture was perfect for carrot cake and the cream cheese frosting was so good. I'm super picky about carrot cake and this one actually reminded me of my great grandmother's cake - I would definitely get this again. Pancake blueberry tres leches - 4/5 This was yummy, it had a little bit of a surprising flavor to me at first which was the maple syrup flavor I realized which I ended up enjoying! I was expecting a bit more of a tres leches texture but this was still yummy. The meringue was beautiful and I enjoyed the blueberry filling. Chocolate PB mousse bomb - 4.5/5 Overall I enjoyed this treat! The flavor of the peanut butter filling took me off guard for a second it wasn't entirely what I expected. The chocolate cake texture was perfectly light and this was also a beautiful dessert visually. Lobster tail - 3.5/5 but could see this being a 4 for someone. The flavors were great but the texture was off to me. The pastry was kind of tough and crisp, but was actually pretty good when heated up the next day. The filling was thick and dense, not creamy and light which is a little more what I was expecting. The staff were super nice and informative there was so much to look at and pick from, so great wide variety. These four treats came to a total of $15.20 if you're paying cash so definitely worth it! Overall, i enjoyed the pastries and I would absolutely get a slice of cake from here again.

Biscotti Cafe- what can I say? They're one of my go-tos in Syracuse, which I regularly bring friends to. On the rare occasion when I have a cake craving theirs is what I want- light and beautiful, not too heavy, sweet enough to satisfy. The cannolis are ricotta with a touch of cinnamon in their shells that make them sing. So yummy! The sfogliatelle, aka the lobster tail, is a flakey pastry delight, audible crunch factor and all. The drinks are delicious and if you get them "for here" they're served in nice big clear glass mugs. On my last visit I had a maple latte that a nice balance of sweet, frothy, and coffee. The lunch options are solid The Slow Roaster roast beef wrap in particular has a nice horseradish kick to it. Other things of note: You can buy cake by the slice, whole out of the case, or place a custom order. There are also pies, cookies, and tarts available too. They offer gelato but admittedly I've never had it because I'm there for the baked goods. Parking- there is a small lot to the left of the building and street parking.
